ホンドタヌキ : Japanese Raccoon Dog

ある夏の日の山裾で、ホンドタヌキが近寄ってきて、座ったり寝そべったりしていました。
そのホンドタヌキは、過去に誰かから食物を与えられたのかもしれません。
One summer day in the bottom of a mountain, a japanese raccoon dog had approached me, then it was sitting, and was lying.
The japanese raccoon dog was possibly given food by somebody in the past.
オオスズメバチ : Asian Giant Hornet

ある秋の日に、オオスズメバチがいました。
刺激すると、危険なようです。
One autumn day there was an asian giant hornet.
It seems that if you stimulate it, it endangers you.
日蝕 (にっしょく) :
Solar Eclipse
高積雲 (Ac) らしき雲を透して、層積雲 (Sc) らしき雲の切れ間から日蝕が生じている太陽が現れました (2009年 夏)。
The sun which is being eclipsed emerged from behind seemingly Stratocumulus (Su) clouds through seemingly Altocumulus (Ac) (

由布川渓谷 (ゆふがわけいこく) :
Yuhugawa Valley
由布川渓谷は、覆いかぶさるような高い断崖に挟まれた渓谷でした。腰の下まで流れに浸かり渓流を遡行して、チョックストーンを見てきました (2009年 春 ･ 2011年 夏)。
The Yuhugawa Valley was a valley between high cliffs which seem to stoop. While I put my hips into the stream, I went upstream against the valley, and looked a chockstone (
Spring 2009 / Summer 2011).
ひとけのない狭く薄暗い谷底は、とても不気味に感じました。
I felt that the narrow gloomy and empty bottom of the valley is eerie.
屋久島 (やくしま) :
